The original 1998 title MediEvil from Guerrilla Cambridge is getting a complete makeover for the PlayStation & the more beefy PlayStation Pro. With a combination of updated visuals and more responsive gameplay, the medieval hack and slash will finally receive the attention it truly deserves.

Sir Daniel Fortesque rises from the grave thanks to Lord Zarok, his accidental resurrection gives Dan a second chance at redemption for his death. Embarking on a journey with the army of Lord Zarok betwwen you and your goal to avenge his 100-year old death.

As we already expected the long awaited announcement trailer for the PlayStation 1 classic title since last year, there wasn’t any other details that was released regarding the remade title. Sony commented on the reveal that we will hear more about the title in the “upcoming months”.

MediEvil has an aimed timeframe for 2019 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
