Just this past week, Microsoft offered the roadmap for the second issue of Xbox Game Pass titles for subscribers of the service. The then-approaching batch is promised to include exciting additions such as Katana Zero and Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition to users on console as well as PC. But in a new announcement, Microsoft elaborates that the shared roster change is not everything coming this month.

Earlier today, Microsoft announced in collaboration with Ubisoft to ship Rainbow Six Siege to Xbox Game Pass and it is arriving this coming Thursday. On notable mention is that the game will be available for console and Android users via xCloud to those paying for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

“Squad up and breach in to explosive 5v5 PVP action. Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege features a huge roster of specialized operators, each with game-changing gadgets to help you lead your team to victory,” the synopsis reads for the game on the Microsoft Store page. “Command an arsenal of gadgets to secure the win: Set traps, fly drones, track footsteps, see through walls, and more!

“Lead your teammates to victory in intense, fast-paced PVP matches across a wide variety of destructible arenas. An ever-expanding universe of Operators, gadgets, items, and events – updated all year long.”

The most exciting thing that comes from the unveiling for Rainbow Six Siege coming to Xbox Game Pass is the timing of it all. In September, Ubisoft Montreal shared that the 2015 tactical, first-person shooter is receiving a next-gen version this coming holiday season. And with the Xbox Series X|S shipping in less than a month, now is the best time for players to experience the game leading into the next era of gaming. You can read the full report by heading here.
