MLB The Show 26 releases March 17 featuring Aaron Judge on the cover

Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer San Diego Studio announced MLB The Show 26 will be releasing on March 17, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch.

They also revealed that 3x American League MVP and current Yankee, Aaron Judge, will be the title’s cover athlete. The official gameplay trailer for MLB The Show 26 will go live next week on February 3rd.

Pre-orders for the Standard Edition and Digital Deluxe Edition will go live on February 3, 2026, at 12 PM ET at participating retailers and platform stores.

Purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition gives 4 days of Early Access starting March 13, 2026.

San Diego Studio is also teasing the return of the World Baseball Classic Tournament in Diamond Dynasty. On the cover of the game, Aaron Judge is sporting the Team USA jersey which implies what they have planned for the game.
