New Gears of War 4 trailer showcases new game modes, maps, and executions

A new trailer for Gears of War 4 was revealed yesterday by Microsoft. This new Versus multiplayer gameplay trailer shows some brutal executions, game modes, and more.

2 new game modes for the Gears of War franchise includes Dodgeball, which gives players only one life, but a chance to respawn. And Escalation which places power weapons on the map. Co-op will also be available to play, allowing players to face against AIs. Fan favorite  game modes from other previous Gears of War tittles include Team Deathmatch. King of the Hill, Guardian,, Warzone, and Execution.
New abilities were also shown such as vault kicking, and yank, which will allow you see yank other players from cover.
New weapons in Gears of War 4 includes Dropshot, and Buzzkill, which will allow you do kill your enemies behind cover.
New maps have also been included being named Dam, Foundation, and Harbor.
The highlight of this trailer was the executions, and they are gory. With the standard executions, you will now be able to use more weapons for executions. One execution involves using a medium sized gun to lift a head of an enemy and shooting them far away. Another one has you tackling and punching the crap out of your foe. You will have a chance to play Gears of War 4 multiplayer on the open beta, that will start on April 25, to May 1, for Xbox Gold members. Beta players are already able to play the beta if you played Gears of War Ultimate Edition before April 11.
