Following the current discovery of the single-letter typo that made the AI better for Aliens: Colonial Marines, developer Gearbox poked fun at the situation.
The developer went to twitter posting the new job on their Twitter for those who might be interested.

The position listed is for Programming Copy Editor. With one certain task to “Review all code for typos. Just that.”. With a question in the application asking if either ‘tether’ or ‘teather’ is the correct spelling.
For those who discovered this typo in the game’s code, was able to fix the problem with one key press and was met with an improved AI than what the game is known for.
For those who are willing to apply for this job can here, but hopefully the studio will pay close attention in future games to avoid this situation again.
