Persona 5 shipped 1.5 million!

Following the launch of the PlayStation Exclusive Persona 5 on PS3 and PS4 this past week for regions outside of Japan, the official Japanese Persona site revealed at the game has shipped 1.5 million copies worldwide! 
Now, why is a big deal? Well, Japanese titles outside of Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy tend to be small titles that don’t sell very well. Persona is more of a “mid-tier” title for Japanese games, so to see it do numbers like this is really cool. I think it’s safe to say we’ll see Persona 6 on PS5 and PS6! ;)
