Pokémon Quest Release Date Announced For Mobile

Following the long trail of leaks to the now announced Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee and Let’s Go Pikachu, we already knew what was coming. But along with the game’s announcement was revealing Pokémon Quest, a free-to-start title with a more blocky look than what’s known from the franchise.
Recently discover that the free game is now available for pre-register on both Google Play and the App Store. The listings say that Pokémon Quest will be available on June 27, 2018.
With Quest following along with Pokémon Go on mobile will grab more attention for Nintendo with fans who don’t have a Switch yet. As Pokémon Quest is already available on Nintendo Switch, the game racked in over 2 million downloads since last month, and it’s assumed it will do similar or even more when releasing on both mobile platforms.
Compared to Pokémon Go though, Quest will be the first traditional Pokémon title on mobile. With the popularity Go has gotten since 2016, it doesn’t follow the classic RPG elements of the Pokémon series. As Quest comes to mobile, it will appeal to a more traditional market for those who don’t plan on purchasing a Switch.
Pokémon Quest will be available for both Android and iOS next week on June 27, 2018.
