PlayStation 4 firmware update 6.50 has gone live with a couple small additions to the console’s software. A couple months back there were beta invites being sent out for the update so users could test it out before going worldwide. Both Microsoft and Sony have a history of doing this for their updates.
With this firmware update you can now enjoy Remote Play on iOS devices. You can use PS4 Remote Play to connect to your PS4 system from devices such as your iPhone or iPad. You can download PS4 Remote Play from the App Store. You can also choose 720p when you broadcast using Niconio Live and only certain countries and regions can use this service. Of course, the Firmware 6.50 update is a mandatory update and it will be around 460MB.
Check out the latest PlayStation Now titles that were added to the library this month. You still have time to download March 2019’s PlayStation Plus titles as well which includes Witness and Modern Warfare Remastered
In other news we might have found out the release time for The Last of Us Part II which could be this Fall.
