EA Sports NHL 27 Releases for XBOX Series and PS5 on September 11

EA Sports NHL 27 has been officially revealed today sharing a glimpse of what the game will look like. The trailer focuses on authentic atmospheres for all 32 teams and teases new gameplay features. What also is a highlight of this announcement is the new broadcast team they brought in.

EA Sports NHL 27 will release on September 11, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X|S. There will also be 7 Days Early Access for those who pre-order the NHL 27 Deluxe Edition. Pre-orders are available today.

What’s new in NHL 27 is that John Buccigross and Darren Pang are the commentators in the game. They are also bringing an Online Franchise Mode where up to 32 players can manage a team, trade with others and play against them.

It was announced earlier this week that Macklin Celebrini is the official cover athlete for NHL 27.
