The Nintendo E3 2018 Direct is only a few hours away and rumors and leaks have been spreading a bit beforehand. The latest leak comes from Best Buy’s online store, which they supposedly listed support for both Netflix and YouTube for the Nintendo Switch.
The details, which have been removed from the Best Buy store stated that YouTube and Netflix were ‘Switch Enabled’.
“Get access to a world of instant entertainment with this product. Just connect to the Internet and stream movies, listen to music, and access a wide variety of content.”
There have been fans eager to get these two apps on the Nintendo Switch since it is the only main console that does not have either one of them yet and in the past Netflix was talked about and the company said they had the app ‘locked and loaded’. They were just waiting on Nintendo’s approval the entire time and now it looks like it will finally happen.
Here is what the official Best Buy Support twitter account said:
This is indeed an error on our part and we apologize for any inconveniences. While it has been rumored to be coming, we have no solid information on if and when. ^Dave
