Over the last week, reports broke that Microsoft has a new vision for Xbox and it would bring games like Starfield, Hi-Fi Rush, Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, and Sea of Thieves to PlayStation 5 and even Nintendo Switch in some cases. Well, it seems the reports of Starfield coming to PlayStation 5 are false as known insider, Nate The Hate claims.
Initially, Nate had heard that Starfield would land on PlayStation, but after checking with sources it turns out the information surfacing online is false. What still remains accurate is that Microsoft will be bringing games multiplatform and it will likely be on a case-by-case basis.
Over the course of the week, I've rechecked the info mentioned below & the information suggesting Starfield was PS5-bound is false.
I will not delete the tweet. I'll own the mistake.
A previous report from January discussing MS bringing games multiplat remains accurate. https://t.co/1kvuzaQCVq

Phil Spencer put out a statement sharing they will provide an update on details regarding the vision for the future of Xbox next week.
At this point, it’s hard to put a finger on what Microsoft is actually thinking and we’ll have to wait until an official announcement is made from the company.
