Summary
While the upgraded graphics look amazing, and the adaptation to English and Simplified Chinese are great things, there isn't anything else to make the game "Remastered", For this is a visual novel, and there aren't any mechanics or anything to remaster as the games mostly dialogue and visuals. While the price isn't the worst, for a remaster with no real added content or value versus the original, it is hard to justify the remaster versus finding the original for cheap. However, in my opinion, the story itself is one of the top visual novels I've played and helps this game score high.

20 years after TYPE-Moon’s first-ever commercial release in 2004, TYPE-Moon has finally released Fate/stay Remastered. The remaster is based on the 2012 PS VITA release of Fate/Stay Night Realta Nua, featuring series-first adaptation into languages such as English and Simplified Chinese, as well as graphics and animations rendered in full HD.
Fate/stay REMASTERED follows the intense saga of the Holy Grail War, a mystical conflict fought in Fuyuki City where seven magi, known as Masters, vie for control of the Holy Grail—a powerful artifact capable of granting any wish. To battle for this ultimate prize, each Master summons a Heroic Spirit, or Servant, from history or legend to fight on their behalf.

The story’s backdrop is rich with historical and magical lore. The Holy Grail War, held every decade, has always failed, with no victor emerging from the chaos of the first four wars. Ten years before the current events, during the Fourth Holy Grail War, a young Shirou Emiya was rescued from the devastating conflict by Kiritsugu Emiya, a mage with a reputation for ruthlessness. Under Kiritsugu’s reluctant guidance, Shirou aspired to become a Hero of Justice—a promise he made on the night before Kiritsugu’s death.

In the present day, Shirou finds himself drawn into the Holy Grail War as it reignites. On a fateful evening, he is ambushed by a powerful Servant. Just as Shirou’s life hangs in the balance, a girl in shining armor—his own summoned Servant—intervenes to save him. The Servant’s intervention marks the beginning of a new chapter in the Holy Grail War.
