
Sonic Racing Crossworlds is planned to be released in 2025 by SEGA, and this week, there are likely going to be more updates for the game. It was first revealed at a State of Play in late 2024, and tomorrow, Sony announced that another State of Play will be happening. So we could expect to see the game featured at that presentation.
This is SEGA’s most ambitious Sonic Racing game yet, and from the looks of i,t so will the crossovers. Sonic Racing Crossworlds is going to have tracks from the SpongeBob SquarePants universe, along with characters and cars.
Today, it was leaked by F2Insider on X (Twitter) that SpongeBob, Minecraft, TMNT, and Avatar: The Last Airbender content will be coming to Sonic Racing Crossworlds.
Images and videos reveal that SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star will be guest characters in the game, along with a few course DLCs. Images also showcase a Minecraft cart, TMNT vehicles, and Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Sonic Racing Crossworlds is planned to release on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. A Switch 2 release has not been announced yet.
As always, we must take leaks like this with a grain of salt. However, these videos do look fairly legitimate. We will have to wait for SEGA to officially reveal these and wait to see if any of this content will be paid DLC.
