Sony releases update 4.07 for the PlayStation 4

There’s a new PlayStation 4 firmware update out, it is a bit of a smaller update than most. Weighing in at 312.3MB, the patch promises to “improve the quality of the system performance”. This seems more of an optional update because some people were able to connect to the PlayStation Network while it was downloading.
If you put your PS4 in rest mode it should download while you are away so you can just play right away when you get on your console to start the day rather than worry about doing an update.
