The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has shipped nearly 10 million copies, CD Projekt Red’s Adam Kasinki reportedly said. The Witcher 3 launched almost a year ago on May 19th, 2015. Overall, the entire Witcher series has sold 20 million copies including the latest one.
“In these 20 million units sold, The Witcher 3 constitutes almost 10 million,” said CD Projekt Red CEO, Adam Kicinski.  The latest Witcher 3 sales number that CD Projekt Red disclosed was 6 million copies back in August 2015. This was before the holiday shopping season.
The company saw about an 830% growth in revenue from 2014 (96 million PLN/24.8 million USD) to 2015 (798 million PLN/206 million USD), and 3600% growth in net profits from 2014 (9.5 million PLN/2.5 million USD) to 2015 (342.4 million PLN/88 million USD).
CD Projekt Red’s future is looking very good with Cyberpunk 2077 in development which is supposed to be even better than The Witcher 3.
