THQ Nordic To Host Its 2023 Digital Showcase On August 11th

Like in normal pre-summer fashion, developers & publishers are preparing to fill the calendar for the annual announcement show lineup over the mid-year holiday. In June, typically the annual E3 show is where these presentations are hosted. But for 2023, organizer ESA shared that this year’s event will not be held in Los Angeles. But, other firms are to host separate shows during that time. 

So far confirmed for June, it is confirmed that Summer Game Fest, PC Gaming Show, Ubisoft Forward, and Xbox Games Showcase are to be taking place. Additionally, later this year is to be busy as well. In that, Gamescom is underway alongside QuakeCon in August. Even more, the first ever North American Nintendo Live is being held in September over in Seattle, Washington also.

Now in a new announcement from THQ Nordic, its own self-named Digital Showcase is to be host later this August as well. You can watch the trailer in the video below:

“Another year, another line-up! THQ Nordic is at it again: our Digital Showcase 2023 will air […] HandyGames will once again start off with a pre-show to give you a taste of their titles, this will take us right to the THQ Nordic showcase which will serve up a whole host of game announcements and project updates,” the publisher writes in the press release.

“This year’s showcase will not only include world premiere announcements, it will also include news and reveals for previously-announced games. Without giving too much away, if you want to learn more about some of our titles like Alone in the Dark, Outcast 2, and Trine 5 we highly recommend you tune in and check out the showcase!”
