Ubisoft fixes disappearing characters problem in The Division.

The latest issue appearing within The Division is quite unusual 

Imagine spending all your time working on your agent to have the best gear and equipment went suddenly one time you log on and it’s gone.

Ubisoft confirmed that it was an Xbox server error (The problem was the Xbox version only) that couldn’t synchronise agent data and went on to presume the agent never existed in the first place. The server was however restored and the issue has been reported since, and a fix for players to restore there progress is now available.

The Division has had a relatively stable build, although the new update has brought some new problems to surface
