According to a trusted source from Windows Central, Microsoft may have sold 1 million units during last month while Sony sold 1.1 million units with the help of PS4 Pro. Additionally, PlayStation VR  sold 68,000 units.

We believe the success of Xbox One selling these many units was due to Black Friday, and Cyber Monday amazing deals all over the globe. Many bundles being sold at $249, a strong marketing for Xbox One S being the cheapest 4k device available may have helped as well. Both competitors deserve massive congratulations for selling well over 2 million consoles, and at the end of the day, the Games Industry keeps growing.
