While Fallout 76 initially arrived to store shelves becoming one of the most disappointing releases from a major AAA developer, the game did however turn itself around as Bethesda reworked the core of the game including a reboot of the entire experience and ongoing influx of free updates to the 2018-released title. Moreover, it only gets better from here.

Back in December, Bethesda offered the new story expansion ‘Steel Dawn’ which officially injects the Brotherhood of Steel into the earliest segment of the Fallout storyline to date. Now with the faction’s logo branded across the Appalachian wasteland, players only grow excited for the continuation promised to arrive later on in 2021.

During the Xbox-Bethesda E3 Showcase, the developer issued a new trailer for ‘Steel Reign’, the second part to the Brotherhood of Steel campaign for Fallout 76. You can watch the new trailer in the video below:

“You arrive back at Fort Atlas to find the tensions between Paladin Rahmani and Knight Shin have reached a boiling point,” the description for the trailer reads. “After swarms of Super Mutants start to appear and people are reported missing, how will you guide the Brotherhood? Will you take the side of justice or will you remain committed to duty?”

Additionally, Bethesda also showcases a new mode for Fallout 76, Expeditions. The first is revealed to be returning the player back to The Pitt – a location previously explored back in a Fallout 3 DLC. However, it is anticipated more is to come as dataminers previously uncovered additional assets which appears to be for Washington D.C. as well. You can read the full report by heading here.

Are you excited for Steel Reign to arrive?

Fallout 76: Steel Reign ships on July 7, 2021 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
