MultiVersus Season 1 will begin on August 15

MultiVersus has been the talk when it comes to the fighting game scene since it came out in late July. Fans have been waiting for Season 1 to drop and it’s finally coming on August 15th along with a brand new Battle Pass that will help you earn in-game rewards.

The speculation of Morty coming at the start of Season 1 is true, but you will have to wait until August 23rd to officially play as him. More information will be revealed in the days leading up until the first season of MultiVersus.

During the $100K EVO Tournament the MultiVersus team also revealed a snapshot of what to expect in Season 1. That included a new ranked mode, cosmetics, Rick & Morty, and a classic arcade mode. It looks like Rick will be introduced to the game later in the season as expected.
