Released late last week during PAX East, alpha footage was uploaded of the previously Kickstarted horror film influenced game known as Summer Camp, then later the Jason Voorhees title Friday The 13th: The Game. Gun Media uploaded two videos to their Youtube channel on April 23 2016.
Friday The 13th raised $834,704 of its $700,000 goal last November with support of the film’s creator Sean Cunningham, and actor Kane Holder donated the mask to play in the films. But since then there has been no video footage of the game at all until now.
The first clip shows a preview of the set Friday The 13th: Part 3’s set, Higgins Haven with Jason killing a girl with a door to end the video
Then the second video is of a first person view from a survivor who’s found by Jason as he breaks open a door and kills her with an axe.
As for right Now Friday The 13th has no official release date, but will be available for $60 on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
