Microsoft announces Xbox Series X console wraps, pre-orders available now

Microsoft has announced a new way to make your Xbox look even better with Xbox Series X Console Wraps coming later this year. This will be an option for players that is more affordable and sustainable than purchasing a special edition console.

The Console Wraps will launch with three styles featuring Starfield, Arctic Camo and Mineral Camo which will match the controller versions of these designs they’ve previously released. The Arctic & Mineral Camo wraps will cost $44.99 USD releasing November 10 while Starfield will cost $49.99 USD releasing October 18.

Microsoft stated these wraps are “designed for Series X and have a custom, precision fit”. They also say the console wraps are “printed with silicone designs that keep the wrap in place”.

These console wraps seem to be an inspiration from what Sony did with the PlayStation 5 Plate Covers where they allow fans to customize their console with multiple options.
