So today in a blog post Bravo from 343 Industries (Community Manager) released more info on the next content update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection. The rest of the testing for this next big patch will done internally which means there won’t be a Beta for the next patch.

Progress on the CU continues, and we’ll work to provide an ETA once the final date is locked. As stated last week, our current focus and priority remains delivering the upcoming improvements to the matchmaking and party systems, but the team is also working on and prioritizing additional items beyond this, and I look forward to discussing these – a lot more – as we get closer to those updates.

Also 343 is looking into adding a new lineup into the playlists. Such as Team Snipers and a cross game Rumble Pit playlist. Team Snipers will replace Team SWAT and the cross game Rumple Pit will replace the Halo 2: Anniversary Rumble playlist. The objective-only playlist is receiving finishing touches and spot checks, but will not be part of this update.

As well in this blog post they posted 2 new concept arts of Relic which will be remade in Halo 2 Anniversary which was a gift from Bonnie Ross from the launch issues of Halo: MCC. Here they are:
