Insomniac Games has been the discussion of the week after a group of hackers leaked information regarding the studio’s plans for the future. One of the IPs owned by Insomniac Games, Sunset Overdrive was released in 2014 for Xbox exclusively and did not provide the company much profit. 

According to the sales numbers leaked, Sunset Overdrive sold just under 1.9 million units and made just $567 in profit. You can see the chart below:

Sunset Overdrive launched on October 28, 2014, for Xbox One and it made its way to Windows PC, but you could say it had more potential if it also released on PlayStation.
