Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, the latest iteration of the Call of Duty franchise, has had its pre-orders number released.
The game, which is being developed by Infinite Warfare, is set to release on November 4th but currently has very low pre-order numbers. In total the game only has just over 63,000 pre-orders as of May 16th.
The timed exclusive PlayStation 4 DLC, has led to the PlayStation 4 tracking slightly ahead of Xbox with the pre-orders at 33,014 to 30,455. However both of these numbers pale in comparison to the Black-Ops 3 pre-order numbers from a similar time last year, with both versions having at least 200,000.
These numbers are before any multiplayer reveals however, so there is chance these number could spike after the upcoming E3. Or perhaps this is signalling the beginning of the end for the franchise?
