Nintendo Direct announced for tomorrow, will be 40 minutes long

Nintendo has announced its biggest Direct of the year, which will take place on June 18, 2024, showcasing upcoming games coming to the Nintendo Switch. The upcoming presentation will roughly be 40 minutes long which is more than most Directs during the year.

There will not be any new information regarding the Nintendo Switch Successor that was confirmed to be announced by March 31, 2025. It will take place at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET.

It remains to be seen what type of games we could expect at this event. There have been rumors about Metroid Prime 4 potentially having a 2025 release window, but we will take that with a grain of salt. There could be plenty of first-party surprises for the last half of 2024.

This could potentially be the last full year of the Nintendo Switch before its successor comes out.
