Larry Hryb also known as Major Nelson officially exited Xbox last year after being with the company for over 20 years and since then took a break from the industry. Larry had taken on advisor roles for smaller companies, but now he is joining the Unity Community Team.
Major Nelson announced on social media that he would be joining the community team at Unity. It looks like he is going to be the Director of Community for the company. This will be the first time that Larry will be collaborating with developers since his time at Xbox and it’ll be the first time he is the new guy in quite some time.
