sonic racing crossworlds spongebob

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds looks to be the most ambitious Sonic Racing game to date, as SEGA has already revealed multiple crossovers. Now the publisher has announced DLC crossovers with SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, and Avatar Legends.

The latest trailer for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, which was from The Kids’ Choice Awards, reveals characters from the SpongeBob SquarePants universe racing along with Sonic and friends. There looks to be a SpongeBob-themed track and vehicle, which looks to be what each collaboration will bring.

The Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Digital Deluxe Edition includes access to the Season Pass, which includes previously announced Minecraft and the newly announced TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Avatar Legends content.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds releases on September 25, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. A Switch 2 release will be coming at a later date.
