Lucy from Cyberpunk Edgerunners joins Guilty Gear Strive this month

After the Grand Finals of the Guilty Gear Strive tournament at EVO, Arc System Works had another surprise announcement. They announced that Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is the final Season Pass 4 playable character. She will be joining Guilty Gear Strive on August 21, 2025. 

Lucy was announced to eventually come to Guilty Gear Strive at last EVO, and after a year-long wait, players will finally get to play as her.

Right after Lucy’s trailer ended, Arc System Works had another surprise reveal. Guilty Gear Strive Ver. 2.0.0 will be coming in 2026. They also shared a Future Update Trailer for what’s to come.

Guilty Gear Strive is available to play on Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.

In other related news, Arc System Works announced that the closed beta for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls will be taking place in early September.
