SNK World Championship 2025 at DreamHack Atlanta includes $4.1M prize pool

SNK Corporation announced the details for SNK World Championship 2025, an esports tournament taking place at DreamHack Atlanta from October 31 to November 2. The event will be SNK’s largest competitive showcase to date, including a prize pool of over $4.1 million across tournaments in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, The King of Fighters XV, Samurai Shodown, and Art of Fighting 3. 

The $4.1 million prize pool will be spread across all games, with Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves alone awarding $1.5 million to its champion.

Here is the breakdown of the prizes for the other titles:

• THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV – $500,000 for first place
• SAMURAI SHODOWN – $250,000 for first place
• ART OF FIGHTING 3 – $50,000 for first place

Here is a breakdown of the finalists for each game at the event. Only Art of Fighting 3 will be an open tournament:

• FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves – 32 finalists
• THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV – 32 finalists
• SAMURAI SHODOWN – 16 finalists
• ART OF FIGHTING 3 – Open tournament
