So to capitalize on more from its consumers, the option to remove service redemption via its rewards program is one way to approach it. Previously, it was reported that Xbox Game Pass in Q4 2025 has generated nearly $5 billion as of late July.

Similarly, Microsoft is not the only firm to strip this option from its users.
