Resident Evil Requiem Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller & Grace Ashcroft amiibo announced

Capcom has dropped big news for Resident Evil Requiem today. The game is now available to pre-order on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2. They announced that a Resident Evil Requiem Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller will be released on February 27, 2026, the same day as the game’s release. 

The Resident Evil Requiem Switch 2 Pro Controller will cost $100. It’s available to pre-order now at Best Buy. 

Capcom has also announced that a Grace Ashcroft amiibo will be coming. No visuals were shown for the amiibo. It marks the first time the Resident Evil series has gotten an amiibo. The Grace Ashcroft amiibo will be available in Summer 2026.

This announcement was part of a 10-minute video titled “Road to Requiem.” It also revealed other editions of the game.

Alongside Resident Evil Requiem’s release on Switch 2, Capcom is also bringing Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Resident Evil Village to the console on the same day.
