lego batman legacy of the dark knight

TT Games and Warner Bros. Games revealed LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight earlier this year at Gamescom. A release date was not officially announced; however, according to the admin and co-owner of LEGO Games News, Zayinpriv on X (Twitter), the new LEGO Batman game is expected to release around late April or in early May 2026.

The user suggests that the target for the game is mid to late April, but since GTA 6 has been delayed, it could end up being a May release. They also claim that the next LEGO game is in early development and will be similar to Batman.

As always, we have to take reports like these with a grain of salt. A week from today is The Game Awards hosted by Geoff Keighley, and when LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight was revealed, it was during Gamescom Opening Night Live, which Geoff also hosted. It’s possible we could see an official release date shown next week.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2,  and PC.
