Ubisoft is poised for a big year, despite recently closing its Halifax Studio. It could be a big year for The Division as the series celebrates its 10-year anniversary since the first game was released. During an esports event that Ubisoft is hosting in Japan, a banner for ‘The Division: Definitive Edition’ was found displayed in what looks to be a hallway.

Last month, Ubisoft released an update for The Division that brought 60 FPS to the game on PlayStation 5. We do know that The Division 3 is being developed at Ubisoft, but a release window is still unknown.
The Division: Definitive Edition could be what entertains players ahead of the release of the next installment. This could also be a way to introduce even more players to the series.
