PlayStation State of Play announced for February 12

Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced their annual Winter State of Play will take place on Thursday, February 12, featuring over 60 minutes of news, gameplay updates, and announcements from game studios across the world.

The State of Play will feature third-party and indie games coming to PlayStation 5, including updates from first-party studios.

The PlayStation State of Play will go live at 5 PM ET, 2 PM PT, 11 PM CEST on YouTube and Twitch.

Sony didn’t indicate what games could be at the February State of Play. There has been speculation of major third-party appearances from publishers like Square Enix or Capcom. The third part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake series is expected to release this year, and fans are expecting a reveal for it this week.

So far, Wolverine is the biggest planned release from Sony and is expected to be released later this year.
