Blue Prince is available on Switch 2, physical release also confirmed

Publisher Raw Fury and developer Dogubomb announced during the Indie World Showcase that Blue Prince is available for Nintendo Switch 2 now. The game was a shadow drop on the eShop right when the presentation concluded. The popular indie game of 2025 received excellent reviews when it released last April for Xbox, PS5, and PC.

Blue Prince is filled with mystery, strategy, and puzzles that weave together with every room explored. Chart a path through chambers that harbor secrets and challenges to find the enigmatic Room 46. Be aware: The mansion resets every day, and every doorway becomes a new choice.

The game on Switch 2 supports Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, as most new games do now on the platform.

Physical Release Confirmed

iam8bit announced on Tuesday evening that they will be doing a physical release for Blue Prince on Nintendo Switch 2. It was also confirmed that it will not be a game key card, and it will be fully on the cartridge.

The release or price of the physical edition has not yet been revealed.
