Minecraft Dungeons 2 announced for PS5, Xbox Series, Switch, Switch 2, and PC

Mojang hosted the first Minecraft LIVE of 2026, revealing new plans for the Minecraft franchise. During the livestream, Minecraft Dungeons 2 was announced for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PC via Steam, Xbox on PC, and Game Pass.

The sequel to Minecraft Dungeons will release later this year. It’s an all-new action RPG adventure where you take on high-stakes encounters. It will also introduce new locations and enemies across the Minecraft universe.

Players can wishlist Minecraft Dungeons 2 now on the Xbox Store.
