Yacht Club Games has revealed that Mina the Hollower has sold over 300,000 copies worldwide in its first three days of release. The game launched on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5.
The news comes from Bloomberg, which got confirmation from studio co-founder Sean Velasco. Yacht Club Games viewed Mina the Hollower as a make-or-break game for the studio. The studio’s standard is for the game to sell 1 million copies; otherwise, it would be deemed a “failure,” as the studio said.
As of June 2, Mina the Hollower stands as the highest-rated game of 2026, just ahead of Forza Horizon 6 and Resident Evil Requiem. At Rectify Gaming, we scored the game a 9.5 out of 10. It’s easily an instant classic. The game just released on May 29, 2026, and has a lot more room to grow in sales.
