Last year, many gamers who contemplated getting a virtual reality headset had Beat Saber in mind for what to play once they got their hands on the device. Regardless of the platform, the game was taken by storm as popularity surrounded the Guitar Hero x Star Wars hybrid title and reached to be one of the most recognized VR titles for 2018.

Now it was revealed earlier this week that new tracks are inbound for the rhythmic techno title according to the game’s official Twitter account.

For what songs will be the newest addition to Beat Saber was not discussed as of yet. Beat Games will either release a statement on what will be added or we will have to be patient for the new tracks next Thursday.

Previously I discussed that Beat Saber among other titles like Astro Bot: Mission Rescue and Firewall: Zero Hour truly showcased the full potential of virtual reality as a platform rather than just a simulator console. You can read the full piece here.

Beat Saber is available now for PlayStation VR and Oculus Rift.
