The first virtual tour of the Chernobyl and Pripyat area for the upcoming 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster in April 2016. The Farm 51 is has been collecting visual content for the project in both accessible and restricted parts of the area to give a full experience of the abandoned city. With thousands of pictures and hours of progress on the project, they plan to make a breath taking experience of Chernobyl without you even leaving your house. Not only will the VR Project be for Oculus Rift, Morpheus, and Vive, they plan to have it available for the mobile Samsung Gear VR as well. Betting on the timing of the anniversary, the project will be available to us in April 2016.
