Amazon have updated Amazon Prime Video to support 4K streaming on Xbox One S

Microsoft have announced that starting from today owners of the Xbox One S console can now stream UHD content with Amazon Video. If you already have Amazon Video you will be prompted to update the app when you next launch it enabling you to stream shows like The Grand Tour and Sneaky Pete in 4K as long as you have an Amazon Video or Amazon Prime subscription.
