Similarly to how Splatoon 2 had a Global Testfire, ARMS is getting the demo treatment with the Global Testpunch. This demo is available to preload right now, so you will be ready to play between May 26-28, as well as a second run June 2-4.

In addition to the demo announcement, they unveiled 3 new fighters and a slew of game modes coming to the game. Some of these include casual party modes such as a basketball like Hoops or Volleyball, as well as the more intense 1v1 Ranked matches that the competitive community will eat up. Nintendo also announced that ARMS will be supported with free updates including fighters, arms, and stages. They seem to be making all the right moves with this game, and the demo should be a great way to get fans engaged and interested in the latest franchise from Nintendo.
