Hardcore racing sim, Assetto Corsa has been delayed to June 3rd, 2016. The game had previously been due to release on April 22. The delay will “ensure the console release delivers the most polished experience for simulation racing fans,” 505 says, and deliver “precision accuracy across every aspect from the meticulous car handling to the laser-measured tracks”.
Developer Kunos Simulazioni, had said that they were aiming for 1080p on Playstation 4 and 900p on Xbox One but both of them will run at 60 FPS. “We fought a lot to have full HD also on Xbox One, but there’s no way for us to do it,” said co-founder Marco Massarutto.
Assetto Corsa may be a game we should pay attention to because it could be bigger than most are expected it to be.
The game received an 85 on metacritic but that doesn’t tell the whole story.
