Call of Duty Warzone’s OG map, Verdansk is returning in 2024

Call of Duty Warzone and Modern Warfare III have entered Season 1 already and reports have already begun about Warzone’s future content already. Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson has reported that Verdansk will be making a return to the popular Battle Royale.

The outlet shared that Call of Duty Warzone’s OG map, Verdansk will become available by December 2024. Apparently, the current plan is to follow the “traditional Warzone main map release schedule” and Verdansk will return as part of Black Ops Gulf War Season 1 which would be in December, a year from now.

A December 2024 return for Verdansk is the assumption if Activision plans to release Call of Duty in the area of October – November.

It has already been reported that Call of Duty 2024 will make a return to the Black Ops series and it will be based on the Gulf War. The game has apparently been in development for at least four years making it the longest-developed modern Call of Duty game.
