Just about a week after this year’s annual E3 event in Los Angeles, publisher Bandai Namco introduced the first ever One Punch Man-centered game with an announcement trailer to give fans of the anime a taste of what’s to come. Introducing both the allying and villainous rosters for the game, players are curious as to when there will be a release date or even an hands-on opportunity for the game.

Just today, publisher Bandai Namco announced that the game will be receiving a closed beta for players to test the treacherous waters f the first One Punch Man game. However, while the game will be coming to PC next year, the beta will only be available for Xbox and PlayStation when the exclusive playtest drops next month.

The closed beta will also be hosted upon four different sessions, so if you miss out on one you can still catch a later time to play. Here’s the schedule for the upcoming beta:

  • Friday November 1st from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM CEST
  • Saturday November 2nd from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM CEST
  • Saturday November 2nd from 10:00 PM to 12:oo AM CEST
  • Sunday November 3rd from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM CEST

Upon debut of the game’s approaching beta at the beginning of November, Bandai Namco also revealed that JAM Project who worked on music for the first two seasons of the One Punch Man shows will also have their own specialized composition for the game also, “Freaking Out!”

For those interested in hopping onto one of these closed beta sessions for the game, you can head over here to reserve a spot for the playtest.

Do you plan on picking up the beta next month?

One Punch Man: A Hero No One Knows will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC in 2020.
