When looking over the Command & Conquer series, Electronic Arts has supported the franchise in recent times. After offering entries for mobile, original fans of the IP asked for a holy return to PC. And the publisher promised the series would make a comeback to its home platform. The announcement was in the form of Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn and Command & Conquer: Red Alert remasters then.

This week, Level Infinite announces a new partnership with Electronic Arts to roll out a new Command & Conquer release. However, the series will be making another appearance on mobile once more with Command & Conquer: Legends. The game is already listed on Google Play Store and is also confirmed to ship for The App Store as well.

Even more, Command & Conquer: Legends is said to be launching later on in 2023. You can watch the announcement trailer in the video below:

“Command & Conquer: Legions is being created with both mobile platforms and mobile gamers in mind, matching the way people play on their devices with shorter, faster sessions and streamlined controls. The mobile strategy gameplay of Legions provides a new type of experience while presenting familiar units, heroes and aspects of previous C&C games,” senior director at Level Infinite Anthony Crouts says.

“In Command & Conquer: Legions, players can engage in real-time PVE and PVP battles against other factions as they collect Tiberium, a powerful resource brought to earth that can either be used for technological advancement or to unleash destruction on enemies. On a large map shared with other commanders globally, leaders will be able to form strategic alliances of their choosing to coordinate attacks with allies, share resources, and strategize to outwit enemies.”

The overview continues: “Send units to capture strategic locations and acquire as many Tiberium spikes as possible and claim precious resources. Outposts will extend reach and secure supply lines as players harvest resources, build bases, develop advanced technologies, and conquer cities and regions to claim victory.”

Additionally, Level Infinite is also involved in a new project that got some spotlight this week. In that, Assassin’s Creed ‘Codenamed Jade’ was officially titles Assassin’s Creed: Jade. You can read the full report by heading here.
