Developer Pearl Abyss announced today that its open-world action adventure game, Crimson Desert, has now sold over 5 million copies worldwide. The game has received a peak of 276,261 concurrent players on Steam since its release.

“Thank you to every Greymane who has joined us on this journey, experienced the world of Pywel, and supported the game. Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without your support and we are truly grateful”

The developer has also been addressing player feedback and announced that further improvements are coming to the game. This includes expanded gameplay, gameplay refinements, and system enhancements scheduled from April through June, aimed at enhancing the overall player experience.

Crimson Desert is available to play on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Apple Mac.
