Donkey Kong Bananza is full of exploring, finding collectibles, and finding all the different currencies the game has to offer. The Donkey Kong title also introduces new forms to turn into, thanks to Pauline also being in the game. There are a few different forms you’ll see Donkey Kong get as the story goes along.
Here is a list of all the different transformations in Donkey Kong Bananza:
Kong Bananza – This is the first transformation players will unlock on Lagoon Layer. Once you return the Ancient Record and head back to the microphone in front of the Elder, you’ll learn Kong Bananza.
Zebra Bananza – This transformation is unlocked on Freezer Layer. Just like the others, you’ll have to collect the Ancient Records and return to the Elder to unlock it.
Ostrich Bananza – The Ostrich Bananza will be unlocked on the Forest Layer. This ability allows you to fly across areas that were once unreachable before this transformation.
Elephant Bananza – In the Tempest Layer, you’ll unlock the Elephant transformation, which becomes an important ability to suck in stones and create throwable objects.
Snake Bananza – This will be the last transformation you will unlock in Donkey Kong Bananza. Snake Bananza helps you jump into high spots and is very useful for some of the later boss fights. You can unlock this one in the Radiance Layer.
Donkey Kong Bananza is now available to play exclusively on the Nintendo Switch 2.
