To freshen up on what happened back in November: atop of the evident problems that plagued the newly released Fallout 76, fans who pre-ordered the Collector’s Edition for the game faced a whole new problem that was not related to the game’s state. The fans who paid the extra coin for a collection of Fallout-themed goodies soon found out that the promised canvas bag advertised for the specified edition did not ship with the bundle, but instead was a nylon bag that shared the same prints.
This subject alone created a whole different controversy for both Fallout 76 and Bethesda leading into the New Year. Especially as the publisher responded with compensating purchasers with 500 Atoms, the respected game’s in-game currency which is the equivalent to $5.00 in real-time cash only continued the downward spiral the latest title was heading.
But now it seems that more than half a year after the game launched, Bethesda is finally fulfilling their initial promise for the Collector’s Edition as fans are receiving the correct canvas bag to hold their T-51B power armor helmet.
Had this as a nice surprise when I got in. The real canvas bag for my fallout 76 power armour edition.
It's very nice.#Fallout76 #duffelbaggate pic.twitter.com/A0coWi0ry9— Ben V Shadow (@V_Shadow_) June 14, 2019
