Former Halo devs create new game studio "First Strike Games"

So Kevin Franklin, Former Multiplayer Design Director on Halo 5: Guardians had announced on Twitter that he and two others from 343 Industries left to create their own studio “First Strike Games”

The other two developers are Doug Barnes and Brian Lemon. From what we see on their website isn’t much besides that this game will indeed be a very well developed Multiplayer game for PC and Consoles. Maybe a first person shooter? Who knows, I am excited for these guys’ adventure and I am sure this game will be great.
